Take clear, high-quality photos of the damaged treats and the original packaging within 24 hours of delivery to help us assess the claim.

Email our customer support team with your order number and the attached photos to initiate a formal review of your damaged or incorrect items.
- 3.Review Process
Our quality assurance team will evaluate your request within 2-3 business days to determine if a replacement or store credit is the appropriate solution.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will prioritize a fresh batch of treats for redelivery or process a refund to your original payment method immediately.
