We recommend ordering at least 7-10 days in advance. For large custom orders or peak holiday seasons, 3-4 weeks' notice is preferred to secure your date.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship our cookies across Australia using express post to ensure they arrive as fresh as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We package our treats with extreme care, but if any breakage occurs during transit, please email us a photo of the packaging and items within 24 hours so we can assist you.
